Product Information
- What materials are your products made of?
Our embroidered products are crafted with glass beads sourced from New York City’s garment district. Necklaces are also glass beads with strong metal wiring.
- What are the tank tops made of?
Our tank tops are 97% cotton, thick ribbed, and not see-through. They fit true to size and have a moderate amount of stretch. They are full length (not cropped) and offer a comfortable, supportive fit.
- What styles of tank tops do you offer?
Right now, we offer two signature tank top styles across the site! We have our wide band tank top and our thin strap tank top.
- How do I care for my BellaSole products?
For tank tops: Wash them on a gentle cycle with cold water or hand wash for best care, and air dry to maintain their shape and stretch.
For jewelry: Aim not to wear in water (swimming, showering, etc.) to keep the beads and wiring in top condition.
Shipping & Ordering
- How long does it take for my order to ship?
We have an estimated 10-14 business day work period and shipping takes an estimated 2-4 days.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only offer shipping within the U.S. but are working on expanding to international locations soon!
Returns
Since each piece is made with great time and effort, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, especially for custom orders which are made uniquely for, and with you. However, if there’s an issue, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
Bulk Custom Orders
- Do you offer bulk custom orders for events or special occasions?
Yes, we absolutely do! Whether you’re planning a sorority event, bachelorette party, baby reveal, a fun vacation, or anything at all we’d love to create something special for your group. Our custom designs can be tailored to fit the theme or vibe of your event, and we’re happy to work with you to create matching jewelry or embroidered items.
How it works:
- Reach out: Send us a message with the details of your event, including the number of items you need and any design preferences. Whether you're looking for matching tank tops or custom necklaces, we'll guide you through the process.
- Design & Approval: Once we have all the info, we’ll create design samples for you to approve. We want to make sure everything is perfect, so you’ll get a chance to tweak and finalize before production starts.
- Production & Shipping: Custom bulk orders vary widely on production and shipping time depending on the complexity and size of the order. But, we’ll work with you to ensure the timeline fits your needs. Once ready, we’ll ship your items to the specified address.
